CustomFit and CustomFit 2

Start the summer off strong with my strength training program, CustomFit. A dumbbell only program where YOU get to choose the frequency of your weekly workouts. With 3 different monthly calendar options (3, 4 or 5 workouts a week). You get to choose what works best for you and your busy life this summer. 

After 4 weeks of CustomFit we move onto 4 weeks of new workouts with CustomFit 2 (again with the different weekly frequency options). Then finish off your journey with a hybrid of the 2 programs. 

There will also be a VacationFit week. Hotel friendly workouts that you can do on the go.

Personal Training 

As an NASM certified personal trainer, I offer one on one training where I provide a personalized training plan tailored to your specific goals. These sessions are one hour long and can be purchased as a one time session or a package deal. They can be done in my studio, in your home, or at a local gym (prices vary on location). 

Group Sessions

Do you want to train, but don't want to do it alone? I offer group training sessions where you and two of your friends can workout together. Group sessions can offer both extra accountability and a little bit of friendly competition.

Nutrition

Do you succeed in your workouts but tend to struggle with the nutrition aspect of a well rounded healthy lifestyle?  Are you tired of being on a diet and feeling like you have to restrict yourself or cut out your favorite foods?  

 

As an NASM certified Nutrition Coach and Macro Specialist I can help you navigate this piece of the health puzzle. Teaching you about macro and micro nutrients. Showing you what a well rounded diet looks like, and help get you to a point where what you eat isn't something you are consumed with or constantly worried about, but eating can be what it was always meant to be... second nature. 

BodyBarre Classes 

BodyBarre® is a barre fitness method unlike any you’ve experienced before. Cardio based and high-intensity-interval inspired, BodyBarre® utilizes bigger movements in addition to the small isometric exercises that barre-lovers have come to expect from a traditional barre fitness class.
