About

This is an 8 week progressive program geared toward hypertrophy training (muscle building). You will watch your strength and power soar as you go through each week, getting stronger each day. The program consists of four workouts a week ranging from 30-50 minutes each. Equipment needed: a variety of free weights ranging from light to heavy, loop bands, and a bench/step.
