Are you new to exercise? Want to work from home but don't have any equipment? Or maybe you're recovering from an injury and need to take it slow. This program is for you. Four weeks (plus a bonus week!) of workouts that require no equipment. Just you and your body. Also all low impact, unless you want to take it up a notch. This program will progress each week challenging you a little more each day helping you get stronger and increasing your endurance. What you can expect: 4 weeks of work (plus a bonus week). 3 workouts a week. 30 minute workouts.
