This is a strength training program where YOU pick your weekly frequency. Too often programs are provided with one workout layout calendar. And unfortunately many of us feel bad or guilty for missing a workout. I wanted to provide you 3 different calendar options so that you can choose what works best for YOUR life. and leave the guilt behind. Maybe one week you can get in all 5 workouts, but then the next week you can only manage 3. I have that option for you, that way you don't have to try to figure out what you should do.
