Five different 10 minute cardio workouts. You have two different options to choose from. Two of the workouts are Tabata workouts which are (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest). The other three are a pyramid type cardio. You work for 30 seconds and the rest time changes with each round. First round 30 seconds of rest, second round 20 seconds and the last round 10 seconds between each exercise. Pick what is right for you!
